Turf Club Bar & Grill at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort has introduced a revised menu with new appetizers, entrées, desserts, children’s options and cocktails, according to Disney Food Blog.

Among the new starters are golden-fried calamari with shishito peppers, crispy chicken wings and lemon butter shrimp. The entrée lineup now includes a char-grilled butcher’s cut, braised pork shank, cornflake-breaded fried chicken and waffle, spinach and mushroom linguini, and pappardelle shrimp pasta.

The restaurant also updated its Turf Club Burger. The revised version includes applewood-smoked bacon, New York white cheddar, house-made pickles, onion straws, lettuce and tomato, served with seasoned waffle fries.

For dessert, the new choices include vanilla bean cheesecake, chocolate-hazelnut cake, apple tart and salted caramel pot de crème. The menu also adds a petite charcuterie plate and fried mac-and-cheese sticks for kids, while a new whole-grain pasta option lets families choose marinara, Alfredo or butter noodles.

Several prior menu items are no longer listed, including the New York strip steak, bourbon-apple glazed pork chop, buttermilk-fried herb chicken, signature chocolate cake and New York-style cheesecake. The cocktail list has added drinks including the Winner’s Circle Margarita, Colt Cooler, New York Old Fashioned, Grandstand Martini and Piña CoLava, while the Mint Julep has a new recipe and a listed price of $19.

Disney Food Blog also reported changes at Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie in EPCOT, including a new chocolate-almond frangipane croissant, pistachio cake and a three-cookie offering called Le Big Cookie.
