Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift is gaining more visible theming as testing continues at Universal Studios Florida, according to aerial images and video shared by photographer bioreconstruct.

Near the coaster’s initial launch, a red jackknifed Peterbilt truck has been installed on a platform, alongside stacks of shipping containers. The launch track appears set to carry riders between the containers and beneath the truck’s trailer.

Additional steel framing is visible inside the station and outside near the entrance’s brick archway, suggesting more facade and themed work is still to come.

Pull testing is also underway with an empty black Dodge Charger ride vehicle. The test car was seen at the coaster’s mid-course brake run, with wires around it used for clearance testing. The vehicle is moved through portions of the track using motors, including a track switch, before being accelerated toward the ride element known as The Spike.

The coaster’s elevated track now rises above and through parts of Universal Studios Florida, while new perimeter walkways are under construction. A walkway near the construction area is used by guests headed to the Stranger Things 5 maze during Halloween Horror Nights, offering passing visitors a possible view of the test vehicle.
