Disney World guests changing rooms at the same resort may be able to have Bell Services hold refrigerated groceries while they wait for their next room, according to recent experiences shared by visitors on the DISboards forum.
The distinction matters most for split stays. Forum members said Bell Services can store cold items temporarily for guests waiting to check in or moving to another room at the same Disney Resort hotel. That is different from Disney's luggage-transfer service between separate resorts, which forum participants said does not move refrigerated groceries.
The question came from a guest with two consecutive reservations at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Even with both reservations at the same resort, a guest may need to leave the first villa by 11 a.m. before the next villa is ready, which can be after 4 p.m. Guests reported that Bell Services can hold luggage and cold groceries during that gap, then deliver them together to the new room.
Guests moving between different Disney Resort hotels should plan to carry chilled groceries themselves, based on the forum discussion. Some visitors said they use insulated grocery bags or backpacks to separate and transport cold food.

Undercover Tourist is an authorized seller of Walt Disney World tickets, often at a discount off gate price.
Because arrangements and available storage can vary, guests with grocery deliveries or perishable food may want to confirm the plan directly with Bell Services before arrival.
