Walt Disney World visitors could encounter a breezy park day Tuesday, October 27, as a National Weather Service Wind Advisory is in effect for Orange and Osceola counties from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Northeast winds are forecast at 15 to 25 mph, with gusts generally reaching 35 to 40 mph. Isolated squalls moving onshore later in the day could bring gusts as high as 45 mph, according to the forecast cited by Disney Fanatic.

Disney World remains open, and no specific attraction or entertainment cancellations had been announced. Still, changing conditions can affect outdoor operations. Attractions including Dumbo the Flying Elephant and The Magic Carpets of Aladdin at Magic Kingdom, along with Expedition Everest and Kali River Rapids at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, are among the outdoor experiences visitors may want to check during the day.

Outdoor parades, fireworks and other performances can also be subject to weather-related schedule changes. Afternoon temperatures are expected to be near 80 degrees, with overnight lows in the low 70s.
