A new Basin location is listed as “coming soon” at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort, bringing hands-on bath-product activities to the waterfront dining and entertainment area near EPCOT.
According to the new Walt Disney World listing, Basin on the BoardWalk will be designed as a 1920s-style, apothecary-inspired shop. Guests will be able to blend their own bath tea, make a bar of soap from scratch and emboss a soap with a personalized touch.
The shop is also expected to carry Basin’s familiar selection of natural soaps, botanical bath salts, bath bombs, body butters, lip salves, and shampoo and conditioner bars. Disney has not announced an opening date.
Basin already operates Walt Disney World locations at Disney Springs and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. The BoardWalk outpost will add the custom-making options described in Disney’s listing.
