The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is scheduled for Nov. 20 and 21, 2026, bringing two evenings of food, drinks and live entertainment to the causeway between the neighboring resort hotels.
The 17th annual event runs from 5 to 9 p.m. each night. It is open to the public: attendees do not need to be resort guests or hold a Disney theme park ticket. A Causeway ticket includes unlimited food and beverage tastings.
Single-night admission is listed at $215 per person, or $234.90 including taxes and service fees. A two-night bundle costs $387 per person, or $422.94 with taxes and service fees.
The 2026 food lineup includes slow-braised Wagyu beef short rib from Bourbon Steak; flautas de pollo and tacos de cochinita pibil from Rosa Mexicano; and ropa vieja, red grouper, fried green tomatoes and a Florida citrus salad from For the Love of Florida. Other offerings include shrimp and pork dumplings, pretzels, Texas red chili and desserts such as coffee crème brûlée and a cinnamon roll waffle with dulce de leche ice cream.
Entertainment is set to include The Rundown, Live Effect, Stella Beat, Slickwood and Bubble Lounge performers Claudia & Alex. The event also advertises new celebrity chef experiences with Todd English and Michael Mina. Wine, beer and spirits are part of the Classic, with certified sommeliers participating.
Unlike EPCOT’s International Food & Wine Festival, the Swan and Dolphin event takes place outside the parks and is centered on a single four-hour evening experience. The Disney Food Blog, which described the Classic as a favorite Disney-area food event, noted that educational experiences have been offered separately in past years.
