Enzo’s Hideaway at Disney Springs is planning an adults-only Bootlegger’s Dinner on Nov. 12, featuring Flor de Caña rum cocktails paired with a multi-course meal.
The event is scheduled from 5:30 to 8 p.m. and costs $108 per person, according to Disney Food Blog. Guests must be 21 or older, and space is limited.
The announced menu begins with Flor de Caña Blanco mixed with pineapple, lime, coconut water and vanilla, served alongside salumi e formaggi. A second pairing combines Flor de Caña 12-Year rum, crème de cacao, pecan liqueur and orange-clove syrup with CAB strip loin.
The final listed pairing features Flor de Caña 7-Year and Flor de Caña Spresso with chai, brown-butter demerara syrup and oat milk, accompanied by brown butter cake.
