Crews are replacing track at the Main Street, U.S.A. station during the current refurbishment of the Walt Disney World Railroad at Magic Kingdom, according to WDW News Today.
The railroad closed Sept. 28 and is scheduled to reopen Oct. 30. During the closure, most entrances to the Main Street station are blocked, although guests can still reach the collectible medallion machine on the station’s second floor.
Rolling planters have been placed on the station platform while work is underway. WDW News Today reported that the Main Street station track was not replaced during the railroad’s previous refurbishment in 2024.
