Walt Disney World plans to open general reservations for Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge on October 8, ahead of the new resort’s July 1, 2027, opening on Bay Lake.
Disney Vacation Club members can make early rental reservations through Member Services beginning October 6, followed by Walt Disney World Annual Passholders on October 7. Beginning October 8, other guests can book online or by calling Disney at (407) 934-7639.
The 967-room property will join the Disney Resorts Collection with studios, villas and waterfront Lake Houses. Its accommodations will draw inspiration from Bambi, Pocahontas, Brother Bear, Fantasia and Encanto.
Disney has also shared new details about Branch & Brush, a lounge just beyond the main lobby. The venue will serve handcrafted cocktails with Bay Lake views and feature seasonal design elements, including a color-changing chandelier intended to represent all four seasons.
Planning Your Trip
Undercover Tourist is an authorized seller of Walt Disney World tickets, often at a discount off gate price.
The lobby is planned with floor-to-ceiling windows, Pocahontas-inspired design touches, a fiberoptic river effect around a custom bronze centerpiece, and a suspended blown-glass sculpture called Colors of the Wind. Outside, The Wetlands recreation area will include pools, play spaces and a lazy river.
Guests at Lakeshore Lodge will have complimentary Walt Disney World transportation, including boat service to Magic Kingdom. Travelers considering a 2027 stay can plan Walt Disney World tickets alongside their resort arrangements.
