Universal Orlando’s 2027 Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval is scheduled to run from Feb. 6 through March 27 at Universal Studios Florida.
The event is included with admission to Universal Studios Florida, according to Disney Food Blog. Guests visiting during the festival dates can expect the park’s New Orleans-inspired Mardi Gras parade, colorful floats, bead-catching and themed food offerings.
Festival food booths typically feature New Orleans-style dishes and drinks, including beignets, king cake, red beans and rice and Pimm’s Cup. Universal also plans themed merchandise such as apparel, accessories, pins and drinkware.
Live performances are held on select nights at the Music Plaza Stage, though Universal has not yet announced a 2027 concert lineup. The resort also said further details on its Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience, which combines a three-course dinner with a spot riding on a parade float, will be shared later.
