Disney’s Riviera Resort at Walt Disney World is 95% sold out of its Disney Vacation Club inventory, according to a fall 2026 incentive notice cited by DVC Fan.
The Disney Vacation Club resort, which opened in December 2019, has sold 6,739,966 vacation points. Roughly 378,500 points remain in the inventory, but Disney is required to retain at least 2% of a resort’s points. That leaves about 243,700 Riviera points available for sale before the resort is considered sold out.
From January through August 2026, Riviera averaged about 50,600 points sold each month, DVC Fan reported. At that pace, the resort could reach sellout in February or March 2027.
Disney will still offer Riviera points after its active sales cycle ends, but the report says the price per point is expected to rise and incentives will be less common. Disney is currently selling Riviera points for $243 each. DVC Fan said resale contracts for the resort averaged about $114 per point in September 2026.

Undercover Tourist is an authorized seller of Walt Disney World hotel and ticket packages, often with savings over booking direct.
The projected sellout timing would come ahead of Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge, a new Disney Vacation Club resort scheduled to open July 1, 2027. Points for that property are expected to go on sale in the months before its opening.
