Disney Lorcana collectors planning for the Disney Lorcana: Hyperia City release on October 16, 2026, will need to use a virtual queue at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort.
At Walt Disney World, the release will be handled at World of Disney in Disney Springs. Guests can request to join through the My Disney Experience app beginning at 6 a.m. ET on October 16, provided they are within about 45 miles of Disney Springs. Boarding groups will not be called before 9 a.m.
Once called, guests will have 60 minutes to return to World of Disney, although Disney says late arrivals may not be accommodated. Each boarding pass is for one guest only and cannot be shared or linked. Purchases are limited to two units of the featured item or items per guest, while supplies last.
Disney Springs parking garages are scheduled to open at their usual 9 a.m. time. Disney says guests do not need to arrive before then because of the virtual queue; vehicles arriving earlier will be asked to leave and return when garages open.
At Disneyland Resort, the Disney Lorcana Collection will be available at Disney’s Pin Trader in the Downtown Disney District. The only opportunity to join opens at 5 a.m. PT on October 16 through the Disneyland app, and guests must be within 90 miles of Downtown Disney to request access.

Guests may join once through their own app account, cannot join as a party, and must have their own boarding pass. Disney also specifies one phone and one boarding pass per guest. At both resorts, a boarding group does not guarantee that merchandise will still be available. Disney says capacity is limited, products are sold while supplies last, and event details may change without notice.
