Disney Cruise Line has set December 18, 2027, as the maiden-voyage date for the Disney Believe, a new Wish-class ship that will sail from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale.
The Disney Believe will offer four- and five-night voyages to the Bahamas and Caribbean from its South Florida homeport. It will sail alongside the Disney Destiny, which is also based at Port Everglades.
Disney Cruise Line said bookings for the new ship are scheduled to open October 19.
Among the ship’s newly announced spaces is a Moana-inspired Grand Hall with a wave-like moving chandelier and a concealed Heart of Te Fiti. The ship will also have the Snow White-themed Wishing Well lounge, Joyful Sweets inspired by Inside Out 2, the returning Haunted Mansion Parlor, and a Monsters, Inc.-themed entrance to Disney’s Oceaneer Club.
