Mighty Fine and Late Start Brewing are planning a joint second-anniversary celebration on Saturday, Oct. 10, at 1018 E. Cass St. in downtown Tampa.
The neighboring businesses, located in the Encore! District, will open at 8 a.m. and remain open until 11 p.m. Late Start Brewing, which is helmed in part by Jordan Copher, plans limited releases including a Hillsborough red ale, Dreamberry seltzer, Pumpkin Double Bullseye and Katch Up.
Chef Nathan Hardin’s food lineup is expected to include baby bologna sandwiches, banana ice box desserts, taters, buffalo pickles, smoked wings, rodeo burgers and a burger featuring a Supernatural doughnut. Mighty Fine is known for burgers and a Southern-meets-Korean fried chicken sandwich.
Creative Loafing Tampa Bay reported that visitors can look for street parking or use the paid lot across the street.
Other Tampa Bay food and drink events listed for Oct. 8-15 include an anniversary weekend for Independent Bar & Café in Tampa, a wine tasting at Book + Bottle in St. Petersburg, a tapas-and-drinks event at Golden Isles Brewing Co. and a Korean cooking class at Foodie Labs, both in St. Petersburg.
