Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney's Yacht Club Resort swung its doors back open on August 28, 2026, after shutting down for refurbishment on May 10. The beloved upscale steakhouse returned with a freshened look and a couple of notable additions to its menu.
Diners will now find a 10-oz American Wagyu New York Strip Steak on the menu, served with a loaded baked potato and brandy-peppercorn sauce for $83 per person. On the lighter side, a new Black Garlic Fettuccine offers house-made pasta tossed with seared baby squash, heirloom cherry tomatoes, mushroom conserva, and a creamy black garlic sauce — priced at $38.
A few physical updates were also spotted outside the restaurant: the accessible ramp is now carpeted, and familiar furnishings — including blue benches and burgundy chairs — have made their return to the dining room.
WDW News Today was first to report on the reopening and new menu additions.
