West Palm Beach is having a moment on the state stage. The city took home 23 awards from the Florida Festivals & Events Association, a strong showing that underscores just how much the local events scene has grown into something genuinely worth celebrating.

Leading the pack was Holiday in Paradise, the city's popular seasonal celebration, which earned top recognition among the winning programs. Also honored were two of West Palm Beach's most enduring community staples — the GreenMarket and Clematis by Night — both longtime favorites that continue to draw residents and visitors week after week.

The Florida Festivals & Events Association, known in the industry as FFEA, hands out its Sunsational Awards annually to recognize outstanding events and programming across the state. Earning 23 of those awards in a single cycle puts West Palm Beach in very good company among Florida's most event-savvy cities.

For anyone who hasn't made it out to Clematis by Night or wandered the GreenMarket on a Saturday morning, this seems like a good excuse to finally put it on the calendar. West Palm Beach's event programming clearly has the kind of consistency and creativity that judges — and locals — keep coming back for.
