Tucked into Disney World's EPCOT resort area, the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is part of the three-hotel Swan and Dolphin complex — and it just might offer the most spectacular view on all of Disney property. The pyramid-shaped Dolphin hotel is a familiar silhouette on the EPCOT skyline, but the Swan Reserve, which opened in November 2021 as the newest addition to the property, is the one turning heads for its unobstructed EPCOT fireworks panorama.
The resort isn't owned or operated by Disney — Marriott runs it under the Autograph Collection flag, with Tishman Realty & Construction Corporation and MetLife holding ownership — but guests still enjoy genuine Disney deluxe-tier perks. That includes early theme park entry, extended evening hours typically reserved for guests at pricier Disney-owned deluxe resorts, walking distance access to both EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, water taxi service, and a connection to Disney's Skyliner gondola system.
Room rates start around $250 a night, with EPCOT-view two-queen suites available for under $300 — a sharp contrast to nearby Disney-owned deluxe properties like the Beach Club and Yacht Club, where rooms routinely run $600 or more per night. It's worth noting that the Swan Reserve charges a $50-per-night resort fee and $61 per night for parking, costs Disney's own hotels don't add on. Marriott Bonvoy members can also earn and redeem points here, making a Disney stay feel nearly free for frequent travelers.
Amenities span all three hotels on the property and include six pools (one a rooftop pool with a bar), 23 restaurants and lounges, three fitness centers, an arcade with a four-lane bowling alley, and three gift shops. A signature two-queen suite with EPCOT views clocks in at 610 square feet with a separate bedroom, living area, mini fridge, and coffee maker — no kitchen, but room service gets high marks.
