After several months of refurbishment, the Turf Club Lounge at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort is set to reopen on August 31st — and Disney has given fans an early peek at some of the food and drinks headed to the menu.
The most eye-catching newcomer is a reimagined Giant Pretzel, a longtime Turf Club staple that's getting a serious upgrade: the new version is stuffed with meats, cheeses, and vegetables, giving it a charcuterie-board twist. It's a notable departure from the original, even if some other menu items appear to be returning in familiar form.
Disney also shared images of what looks like a lounge-friendly version of the Turf Burger — smoked cheddar, thick-cut bacon, bourbon glaze, crispy onions, and tomato jam on a brioche bun — with one possible change: waffle fries appear to be stepping in for the seasoned fries served at the adjacent Turf Club Bar & Grill. Crispy Chicken Wings with a choice of Buffalo or Garlic-Parmesan sauce, served with blue cheese and celery, also made an appearance in the preview photos.
Two cocktails were pictured as well, though Disney hasn't released names or ingredient details for either drink yet. A full menu is expected closer to the reopening date.
