St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park will hold its annual Creatures of the Night event on Oct. 23 and 24, inviting families to explore the park after hours in costume.
The event runs from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., with gates opening at 5 p.m. Guests will enter through the green arched doorway between the main entrance and the Anastasia Island Conservation Center.
Visitors can choose their own route through the park while gathering candy, vintage collectible creature cards and other treats. The event also includes ambassador-animal encounters and opportunities to interact with snakes, lizards and crocodilians. The park’s animal residents, including Maximo and Sydney, are among the habitats along the route.
Trick-or-treaters need to bring their own treat bag. ToucanTina Café will be available for food and drinks.
Tickets are on sale online through the park’s Community Events ticket page. A limited number of tickets may be sold on the day of the event, subject to availability; those purchases are card-only. Children younger than 2 may attend free.
