The Sebring Soda Festival had a strong showing at the Florida Festivals & Events Association's (FFEA) 32nd Annual Convention & Expo, walking away with six SUNsational Awards across a range of categories. The awards program, now in its third decade, honors member organizations for creativity, innovation, and community impact.

The Greater Sebring Chamber of Commerce, which sponsors the Soda Festival, earned first-place honors for its Sponsorship Program and Tickets categories. The festival also picked up second-place finishes for its Instagram presence, Facebook efforts, and website, along with a third-place recognition for its Volunteer Program.

Nominations were evaluated across 10 categories — covering everything from printed materials and outdoor advertising to broadcast media and event programming — each divided into three budget levels. More than 200 events submitted entries, with judging handled by a panel of media professionals, photographers, web designers, and social media experts.

FFEA CEO Suzanne Neve noted that the awards reflect more than 30 years of celebrating Florida's festival community. The association supports over 5,500 festivals, events, and fairs statewide through education, networking, and the promotion of high professional standards.
