Fans of Olivia's Cafe at Disney's Old Key West Resort will want to mark their calendars: the table-service restaurant is ending its brunch service after October 5, 2026. Beginning October 6, the dining room will shift to three distinct meal periods — breakfast (7:30–11:00 a.m.), lunch (11:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.), and dinner (5:00–9:00 p.m.) — keeping the same overall operating hours but splitting the morning into two separate sittings.

Walt Disney World's Advance Dining Reservation system already reflects the new structure, and the resort has offered brief menu descriptions for each period. Breakfast will feature items like Buttermilk Biscuits and Crab Cake Eggs Benedict, while lunch will lean into coastal flavors with Conch Fritters, a Bacon Jam Cheeseburger, and Southernmost Buttermilk Chicken. Dinner continues with familiar favorites including Crab Cakes and Jerk Spiced Grilled Pork Chop, and Key Lime Pie or Bananas Foster rounds out both lunch and dinner.

Full new breakfast and lunch menus have not yet been released by Walt Disney World, and no official reason has been given for the change. The resort has not announced any reduction in hours, and the overall dining window remains the same as before. Guests hoping to experience the current brunch format — which has run continuously through both morning and early afternoon since roughly 2017 — should book an Advance Dining Reservation before October 5.

The brunch change follows another notable shift at Olivia's earlier in 2026, when a routine refurbishment relocated the restaurant's longstanding collection of DVC Member family photos to albums at Conch Flats Community Hall. The photos, many dating to the 1990s and early 2000s, had been a defining feature of the dining room for decades.
