Kermit, Miss Piggy, and the whole gang are getting their flowers at Walt Disney World this summer. A small collection of The Muppet Show 50th anniversary merchandise has arrived at Rock Around the Shop inside Disney's Hollywood Studios, giving fans a chance to mark the milestone in style.
The most eye-catching piece is the Muppets 50th Anniversary Satin Bomber Jacket ($99.99), a sage green style with gold snap buttons, gold piping along the collar and sleeves, a quilted satin lining, and an embroidered logo on the chest. The back sports the classic The Muppets Show logo in light pink and gold satin, with Kermit grinning from inside the letter O.
For something a bit cozier, the Muppets 50th Anniversary Cardigan Sweater ($99.99) is a multi-colored knit with purple trim and buttons, balloon-style sleeves stitched with Fozzie Bear and Miss Piggy, and sewn-on plush figures of Kermit and an appropriately anxious Beaker on the front. Rounding out the collection is the Muppets 50th Anniversary T-shirt ($36.99), a 100% cotton blue tee featuring nine beloved characters — Statler, Waldorf, Kermit, Sam Eagle, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo, Rowlf, Scooter, and Miss Piggy — posed atop a theater marquee.
