Little ones visiting Walt Disney World Resort hotels have a fun new perk waiting for them: shopping carts scaled just for kids. The mini carts give young guests a chance to navigate the store on their own terms, making a routine souvenir run feel like its own small adventure.
The carts have begun appearing at select resort hotels on property, putting children in the driver's seat — literally — while families browse merchandise at their leisure.
It's a small but charming touch that fits neatly into Disney's ongoing effort to make every corner of a resort stay feel intentional and guest-focused, even the parts that happen outside the parks.
According to WDWNT, the kid-sized carts are part of what's being billed as a Cool Kids' Summer initiative at the hotels.
