Lacey Chabert has a lot of fond memories from her recent extended stay at Walt Disney World — and she made sure to share them on Live with Kelly and Mark. The actress talked about starring in Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True, an upcoming Hallmark Christmas film that filmed at the resort beginning in December 2025.
Chabert said she was so moved when she was asked to join the project that she literally fell off camera while crying. She ended up spending a full month at Walt Disney World for production, and when producers offered to set her up in an apartment, she had a better idea. She chose instead to stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge — and by her account, it delivered. Mickey waffles became a near-daily ritual, and she used her days off to explore the parks on her own time.
Among her favorite attractions were TRON Lightcycle Run and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, the latter of which she described as "so unexpected." Filming was spotted taking place in Toy Story Land during the production period.
The film follows Chabert's character Lindsey and her extended family on a Christmas trip to Walt Disney World, where holiday magic gets a little complicated when a bad first date turns up staying nearby with his own family. Travis Van Winkle co-stars as Philip.
Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True will air as part of Hallmark Channel's Countdown to Christmas event and stream on Hallmark+ the following day, according to WDW News Today.
