Universal Orlando Resort put its Halloween Horror Nights 35 Frequent Fear passes on sale the morning of July 21, 2026, kicking off a busy ticket queue that had fans toggling between the website and the app to secure their spots. As of mid-morning, all four tiers remained available.
The pass lineup spans a wide range of prices and visit windows. The Rush of Fear pass ($229.99) covers up to 18 nights during the opening stretch, August 28 through September 20. The standard Frequent Fear pass ($274.99) opens up 31 eligible nights running through November 1, though coverage leans heavily toward Sundays through Thursdays plus opening weekend. Frequent Fear Plus ($324.99) adds Friday and Saturday dates to that mix across 41 nights, and the Ultimate Frequent Fear ($449.99) unlocks 49 nights along with complimentary self-parking after 5 p.m. on eligible evenings. Every pass requires choosing a start date at checkout, and pricing is per person plus tax.
The significant change this year is the removal of Express Pass from all Frequent Fear products. Universal confirmed earlier in July that the bundled Express option has been discontinued for HHN 35, with the company citing a desire to improve the overall experience for all guests. Express Pass still exists as a standalone nightly purchase for single-night ticket holders, but multi-night pass holders who want front-of-line access on a given evening will need to buy it separately, subject to availability.
Halloween Horror Nights 35 runs select nights from August 28 through November 1 at Universal Studios Florida. Premium Scream Nights on August 27 and October 19 are excluded from all Frequent Fear tiers. Guests who encountered trouble in the morning queue are advised to try the Universal app, which reportedly handled traffic more smoothly than the browser-based purchase flow.
