Universal Orlando has announced which three haunted houses will greet early arrivals at Halloween Horror Nights 35 this fall. Guests who purchase the Scream Early add-on — which starts at $70 per person and allows park entry beginning at 2 p.m. — will have first crack at Stranger Things 5, Hellraiser, and Jack & Oddfellow: Chaos & Control on event nights.

The Stranger Things 5 house draws from the fifth and final season of the Netflix series, sending guests back to Hawkins for a last face-off with Vecna. Hellraiser pulls from the original film trilogy, dropping visitors into the Cenobites' realm as unwilling participants in Pinhead's rituals. Jack & Oddfellow: Chaos & Control brings together two of HHN's homegrown icons, exploring the history and rivalry between Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow — including Jack's origin as seen through Oddfellow's eyes.

It's worth noting a meaningful upgrade from prior years: the Scream Early window now opens at 2 p.m., an hour earlier than the previous 3 p.m. start. Queues for additional houses follow at 4 p.m., with more coming online around 5:15 p.m. All 10 houses will be running once the event officially kicks off at 6:30 p.m.

The Scream Early add-on does not include standard HHN admission — guests must hold a separately purchased event ticket valid for the same date and must enter Universal Studios Florida by 5 p.m. Guests who already have valid daytime park admission or an eligible Annual Pass can skip the add-on but will still need a same-night HHN ticket and a Stay & Scream wristband to access the early houses. Stay & Scream will not be available during Premium Scream Nights on August 27 and October 19.

Halloween Horror Nights 35 runs on select nights from August 28 through November 1, 2026, at Universal Studios Florida, according to WDWNT.
