Halloween Horror Nights is back at Universal Studios Florida for its 35th anniversary, and this year's lineup is one of the biggest yet. The event runs on select nights from August 28 through November 1, 2026, with gates open from 6:30 PM to 2 AM. Single-night tickets start at $89.99, while multi-night passes range from the Rush of Fear Pass ($229.99 for 18 events) up to the Ultimate Frequent Fear Pass ($449.99 for access to nearly every night, plus free parking after 5 PM on event nights).
Ten haunted houses anchor the experience this year. IP-based houses include Stranger Things 5 — which walks guests through key locations from the final season and brings them face to face with Vecna and the Demogorgons — along with Hellraiser (based on the original trilogy), Sinners (the vampire film set at Club Juke), and a brand-new house inspired by Ozzy Osbourne. Evil Dead Burn, the sixth entry in that franchise, also makes its haunted-house debut, following a young woman whose in-laws slowly succumb to the Book of the Dead.
Original houses round out the lineup in a big way. Jack & Oddfellow: Chaos & Control dives into the origin story of two longtime Horror Nights icons, while MADLANDS: Caged Cannibals drops guests into a defunct zoo ruled by warring cannibal factions. Cybergoria imagines a machine-run future where immortality is forced upon you, INVASION: Alien Abduction puts you in the path of extraterrestrial experimenters, and H.R. Bloodengutz Presents: A Halloween Fright-Tacular revives a fan-favorite Horror Nights character for a gory TV-themed walkthrough.
Beyond the houses, four scare zones transform the park's streets — including the Infernal Carnival of Nightmares, a Fortnitemares zone, and Downtown Clowntown, overrun by Killer Klowns from Outer Space and Art the Clown. Live entertainment includes Nightmare Fuel: Blood Noir, a vampire-themed stunt show on the Mainstage, and Stranger Things: Return to Hawkins, a lagoon-side celebration of all five seasons. Guests who want a head start can add a Scream Early ticket to enter the park at 2 PM with access to at least three haunted houses before the event officially begins.
