Universal Orlando has confirmed an Evil Dead Burn haunted house for Halloween Horror Nights 2026, bringing the just-released horror sequel to life as the event's ninth announced house. Halloween Horror Nights runs most nights from August 28 through November 1, and tickets are already on sale.

Evil Dead Burn arrived in theaters on July 10, 2026, and serves as both a sequel to Evil Dead Rise and the sixth entry in the long-running franchise. The film follows Alice Price, played by Souheila Yacoub, who moves in with her in-laws after losing her husband — only for the family to face a nightmare when the Book of the Dead is reopened and members begin turning into soul-hungry Deadites. The cast also includes Tandi Wright, Hunter Doohan, Luciane Buchanan, Erroll Shand, and Maude Davey.

Inside the haunted house, guests will need to dodge possessed Deadites bent on bloodshed while encountering what Universal describes as not just the root of evil, but the whole family tree — suggesting scare actors will portray a wide range of characters from the film.

The Evil Dead Burn house joins eight other confirmed experiences for Halloween Horror Nights 2026, including houses themed to Hellraiser, Stranger Things 5, Sinners, Jack & Oddfellow: Chaos & Control, Cybergoria, INVASION: Alien Abduction, MADLANDS: Caged Cannibals, and H.R. Bloodengutz Presents: A Halloween Fright-Tacular. One more house has yet to be announced. This story was first reported by the Disney Food Blog.
