After years of criticism that the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival had lost its edge, Walt Disney World appears to be course-correcting in a meaningful way for 2026. The full Global Marketplace menus have been released, and they're drawing praise as the strongest lineup the festival has seen in at least a decade — with Disney leaning hard into the event's 30th anniversary as the reason for the refresh.

To mark the milestone, Disney has brought back or reimagined 30 dishes drawn from across the festival's history. The list spans the globe and leans into crowd favorites that had quietly disappeared over the past several years: think Chicken Tikka Masala from India, Paella Caldoso from Spain, Trio d'Escargots from France, a Roasted Lamb Chop from Australia, and a Rodizio-style Grilled Beef Skewer from Flavors from Fire, among many others. A significant portion of the returning items hadn't been seen at the festival in roughly a decade.

One return generating particular buzz is the Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle — a reimagining of a 2011 Hops & Barley dish originally called Pumpkin Mouth with Ocean Spray Craisins and Orange Sauce. The updated version features Philadelphia Cream Cheese, citrus sauce, spice cake, and cranberry streusel. Other notable additions include a Pickle Milk Shake at Brew-Wing Lab, Potato Pierogi, Bo Ssam Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps, and a Liquid Nitrogen Almond Truffle Mousse. The full list covers 30 items across roughly three dozen Global Marketplaces.

The festival runs 87 days this year — up from just 30 days when it launched in 1996 — and draws more than 2 million guests annually. While some long-standing gaps remain (culinary demonstrations and festival seminars haven't fully returned to pre-2020 form), the menu alone has observers cautiously optimistic. If you're planning a visit to Walt Disney World this fall, the Food & Wine Festival runs deep into autumn at EPCOT.
