The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival returns on August 27 and runs through November 21, 2026 — nearly three months of global bites, specialty drinks, and the Eat to the Beat Concert Series. But guests who show up on opening day should know that six Global Marketplaces won't be part of the lineup right away, with some delayed by more than a month.
The shortest wait belongs to Festival Favorites at CommuniCore Hall, which opens September 9 and serves comfort-food staples like Potato Pierogi, Bo Ssam Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps, and a Frozen S'mores milkshake. A week and a half later, The Wedge Hosted by Dairy Does More joins the festival on September 18 with a cheese-forward menu that includes two takes on macaroni and cheese — a Crab and Corn version and a Cheesesteak version — along with a Cannoli Milk Shake. The Wedge also wraps up earlier than most, closing November 8.
Four more marketplaces are all slated to open October 2 and remain available through November 21. Coastal Eats, near the Creations Shop, focuses on seafood with a Crab Cake and Seafood Pot Pie. Earth Eats in the World Nature area offers Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib and Lemon-Almond-Olive Oil Cake. Over in World Showcase, The Alps near the Germany pavilion highlights Alpine flavors including Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese and Tartiflette, while the India marketplace near the China pavilion serves Chicken Tikka Masala, Potato-Pea Samosas, and a Mango Lassi.
The good news is that Disney has already published the full 2026 festival menus, so guests planning their Walt Disney World visit can map out exactly which stops they want to hit — and when. Plenty of marketplaces will be up and running from day one, but anyone with a specific craving for raclette or tikka masala will want to hold off until October for the most complete festival experience.
