The full menu lineup for the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is officially out, giving trip planners plenty to work with before they set foot in the park. Dozens of Global Marketplace booths are confirmed, spanning everything from dumplings to raclette to berry pavlova — with several new dishes making their debut this year.
Among the highlights: the Festival Favorites booth inside CommuniCore Hall opens September 9th and will serve Bo Ssam Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps alongside a non-alcoholic Frozen S'mores milkshake. The Fry Basket near Test Track is offering a Fry Flight with three distinct styles — Sea Salt-Malt Vinegar, Truffle-Parmesan, and Sweet Potato Casserole — while Flavors from Fire is introducing a Smoked Chocolate Bread Pudding with bourbon-vanilla sauce as a new addition.
International pavilions are bringing strong menus as well. The Mexico booth is debuting a Tostada de Osso Buco and a chili-lime berry ice pop, while China's stand features Beijing Zhajiang Noodles and a Smoked Duck Bao Bun. The Alps booth near Germany will serve Tartiflette and a Kirschwasser Torte, and Australia is plating a Roasted Lamb Chop with salt-and-vinegar chip crust alongside a Mixed Berry Pavlova.
A few booths open later in the season: Earth Eats (near The Land) and India (near the China Pavilion) both become available starting October 2nd. Earth Eats is introducing a Lemon-Almond-Olive Oil Cake, while India's booth will offer Chicken Tikka Masala with fennel-spiced yogurt and naan, plus Potato-Pea Samosas. If you're still sorting out Walt Disney World tickets and festival timing, the staggered booth openings are worth factoring into your plans.
