The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is officially underway, and if you're planning a visit, a little advance intel goes a long way. Among the new standouts, the Paleta de Moras from the Mexico booth ($7.00) impressed with its fresh berry flavor and sweetened condensed milk center, finished with a chili-lime dusting. Over at the Germany pavilion, a new Wiener Schnitzel ($7.29) — thin, crispy breaded veal served with tangy HEINZ Brauhaus Mustard and a warm Yukon Gold potato salad — earned some of the highest praise of the day. The Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Baumkuchen at Connections Eatery ($6.49) was called one of the single best items at the entire festival: a layered vanilla-style cake with caramel apple filling and whipped cream. Other new items worth seeking out include the Croquetas de Jamón from the Spain booth ($6.99), the Seoul-inspired Bo Ssam Pork Poutine at La Poutinerie ($11.99), Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings at Gyozas of the Galaxy ($5.99), and a Chocolate-Pistachio Cookie at Tangierine Cafe ($4.29) that draws obvious inspiration from the Dubai chocolate trend.
Returning favorites are holding up just as well as in past years. The Pão de Queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) from the Brazil booth is back at $5.19 and remains a festival staple, also counting toward Emile's Fromage Montage. The Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli at Forest & Field ($5.49) is as tender and satisfying as ever, and the Freshly Baked Carrot Cake at Milled & Mulled ($4.99) continues its streak as one of the most reliable desserts on the grounds. France's spiced brioche with three-cheese mornay filling ($8.95) is another returning item earning its place on the must-try list.
With a strong lineup of both new creations and proven crowd-pleasers, the 2026 festival looks like a particularly good year to plan your EPCOT visit around the food booths. Prices at the festival generally range from around $4 to $12 per item, making it easy to graze across multiple booths in a single day.
