If you've been holding off on a Walt Disney World visit because of summer crowds, the latest wait-time data offers some encouragement. According to weekly tracking by the Disney Food Blog, average posted waits across all four parks trended downward as the season wraps up, with the vast majority of rides clocking in well under an hour.

At Magic Kingdom, TRON Lightcycle/Run led the pack at 51 minutes, followed by Seven Dwarfs Mine Train at 41 minutes — both notably below what those rides typically see at summer peaks. Most other Magic Kingdom attractions came in between 6 and 34 minutes, with crowd favorites like Haunted Mansion averaging just 19 minutes and Pirates of the Caribbean at 11.

EPCOT saw the only two rides to break the 60-minute threshold: Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at 69 minutes and Test Track at 63 minutes. Frozen Ever After and Remy's Ratatouille Adventure followed at 48 and 43 minutes, respectively, while much of the rest of the park sat in the single to mid-teens range. Over at Animal Kingdom, Avatar Flight of Passage averaged 46 minutes — a relatively calm showing for that perennially busy ride.

Hollywood Studios had its own standout in Slinky Dog Dash, which averaged 65 minutes to lead that park. Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets, Rise of the Resistance, and Toy Story Mania all came in between 41 and 49 minutes, while Star Tours was a breezy 5-minute walk-on. If you're planning a Disney World trip in the coming weeks, the data suggests this transitional window between summer and fall could be a smart time to go.
