Walt Disney World fans with a soft spot for park nostalgia now have a new way to snuggle up with their favorite Magic Kingdom imagery. Two plush fleece blankets, each priced at $49.99, recently landed at the Emporium on Main Street, U.S.A., and they're already catching eyes.

The Trash Can Plush Fleece Blanket puts the spotlight on the distinctive waste receptacles found throughout Fantasyland, Adventureland, Frontierland, and Tomorrowland. The cans are arranged in vertical rows against a sky-blue background on the 50-by-60-inch throw. The timing carries a bit of bittersweet charm: Disney has been gradually replacing those beloved old cans across the resort with new solar-powered models that compact trash using solar energy, feature hands-free foot-pedal operation, and are occasionally themed to their surrounding area. Walt Disney Imagineering even released an instructional video to help guests navigate the new design.

The second option, the Ride Vehicle Planter Plush Fleece Blanket, takes a whimsical approach by reimagining vehicles from some of the park's most beloved attractions — Dumbo, Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, Space Mountain, The Haunted Mansion, Mad Tea Party, Tiana's Bayou Adventure, and The Walt Disney World Railroad — as tiny succulent planters. The vehicles are scattered across a cream-colored background accented with brown leafy branches and delicate twigs, and it also measures 50 by 60 inches.

Both designs aren't entirely new territory for Disney merchandise — tumblers and journals featuring the same patterns have been available at the resort for some time. But the blanket format is a fresh addition for collectors and gift-givers alike.
