Disney World's restaurants are leaning hard into fall with a wave of seasonal menu additions and removals spanning theme parks, resorts, and Disney Springs. The changes touch everything from quick-service desserts to signature dining, so it's worth a quick scan before your next reservation.

At Disney's Hollywood Studios, the Hollywood Brown Derby has swapped its Cream of Chicken and Asparagus Soup for a Roasted Butternut Squash Soup ($13) and added a Braised Duck Pappardelle Pasta ($50). The dessert menu there also gets a new Pumpkin Cheesecake ($14), and the Honey Pot de Crème has been updated with a thyme-apple coulis in place of its previous strawberry compote. Meanwhile, Disney Springs' Amorette's Patisserie is rolling out a substantial fall lineup that includes three new éclairs — Cherry Pie, Peanut Butter, and S'mores — alongside a Pumpkin-Spiced Crème Brûlée ($8.75), an Apple Cheesecake ($9.75), and a Black Velvet Candle Petit Cake ($22).

Across all three All-Star Resorts — Movies, Music, and Sports — food courts are now serving a Mickey Pumpkin Cheesecake with Chocolate-Ginger Torte and Almond Crumble for $6.49. Trail's End Restaurant at Fort Wilderness has added a Halloween-themed Headless Horseman Pop for $5.49. Annual Passholders visiting Hollywood Studios can also look for a Key Lime Kermit Milk Shake ($10.79) at Dockside Diner.

On the removal side, Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar at Disney Springs has dropped a significant portion of its light bites menu, including the Black Grouper Bites, Queso Fundido Dip, Snakebite Bao Buns, and several other items. The Daily Poutine lost its Beef and Mushroom Poutine, Be Our Guest quietly removed the Minute Maid Premium Lemonade from its signature non-alcoholic drinks, and Beaches & Cream is no longer serving the Star Spangled Shake. Rosie's All-American Cafe raised the price of its allergy-friendly Chicken Strips from $10.99 to $12.99.
