Disney World Menus Add New Churros, Spring Rolls and More

Disney World dining locations rolled out a broad set of menu updates this week, according to Disney Food Blog, with additions and removals spanning Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs.

At Magic Kingdom, Cinderella’s Royal Table replaced Chicken Cottage Pie with a pan-seared chicken breast and miso-glazed beef short rib, while the Adventureland Spring Roll Cart added bacon, egg and cheese spring rolls. Tony’s Town Square Restaurant added lasagna alla Bolognese, eggplant Parmigiana and sorbetto as it removed several previous antipasti, entrees and its plant-based affogato.

EPCOT’s new snack options include the Dubai Nights Churro at The Land Cart, a churro strawberry shortcake sundae at Sunshine Seasons and a s’mores gelato milkshake at Connections Eatery. San Angel Inn Restaurante also added Tamal De Rajas and churrasco.

At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Anaheim Produce added a Bavarian cream-filled churro, while Backlot Express added watermelon lemonade slushy, Peaches and Cream and Blackberry Cobbler beverages. Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant added an espresso martini milkshake.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom saw several new sweets and frozen drinks, including the Boneyard Cookies and Scream Sundae and fall ice cream cookie dough sandwich at Terra Treats. Warung Beverage Outpost added a DOLE Whip Pineapple with chili-lime and churro sundae, while Isle of Java added Churro-misu Cold Brew.

Disney Springs changes included a German pretzel and macaroni and cheese at B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co., plus a Mango Heat Wave beverage. The Daily Poutine replaced its frozen watermelon lemonade slushy with Peaches and Cream.

Some updates are seasonal in theme, including Candy Corn Pop at Flame Tree Barbecue and fall desserts at Terra Treats. Visitors planning meals may want to review current menus before their visit, as the reported changes include both new dishes and discontinued items.
