Among the Value Resorts, Disney's All-Star Movies Resort is the only property with a significant project — guest room renovations continuing in phases through late January 2027. At the Moderate tier, Disney's Coronado Springs Resort begins Convention Center refurbishment on August 10, 2026, while Port Orleans Resort – Riverside is working through Magnolia Bend guest rooms building by building through August 2027.
Deluxe Resort guests will see the most activity. Animal Kingdom Lodge – Jambo House and BoardWalk Inn both have ongoing guest room work, while Disney's Contemporary Resort's Bay Lake Tower has its Bay Cove Pool, whirlpool, and splash area closed through late 2027.
