Walt Disney World has announced two hotel offers for select stays this fall, including a Disney+ Perks package that combines room savings of up to 25% with Park Hopper benefits.

The Disney+ offer requires a four-night, four-day room-and-ticket package at participating Disney Resorts Collection hotels. It applies to most nights from September 25 through October 8, October 19 through 31, November 15 through 28, and December 13 through 24, 2026. Guests must be enrolled in Disney+ Perks and log in with the email address tied to their subscription when booking.

The highest discount tier—up to 25%—includes a range of Deluxe resorts and villas, such as Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Disney’s Riviera Resort, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. Some other participating resorts receive savings of up to 20%, while select Value Resort rooms, including Disney’s Pop Century Resort and Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort, can receive up to 15% off. The package’s included Park Hopper benefit allows eligible ticket holders to visit more than one theme park in a day.

A separate room-only offer is also available, with savings of up to 20% at select hotels. It covers most Sunday-through-Thursday nights from October 4 through November 19, 2026, plus most nights, including weekends, from November 22 through December 24. This offer does not include Park Hopper benefits.

Under the room-only promotion, participating Deluxe resorts and select accommodations can receive up to 20% off. A second group of hotels is eligible for up to 15% off, and select Value Resort rooms can receive up to 10% off. Disney says the exact discount depends on the hotel, room type, travel dates and availability.

Travelers comparing the offers should note the different requirements: the larger Disney+ savings come with a qualifying four-night package, while the room-only deal can offer a discount without bundled tickets. Guests planning a fall stay can review Disney World ticket and hotel options alongside the applicable resort dates and availability.
