Walt Disney World has added its first three "Good to Go" dates for August, giving Annual Passholders a chance to head to the parks without booking a reservation in advance. The newly posted dates are Sunday, August 2; Monday, August 3; and Sunday, August 9.

All four parks are included on each of those dates, and every Passholder tier is eligible — though standard Pixie Dust pass blockout dates still apply. On any day that isn't designated "Good to Go," Passholders still need a reservation unless they arrive after 2 p.m. (that afternoon walk-in option doesn't apply to Magic Kingdom on Saturdays and Sundays).

One handy detail worth knowing: if a Passholder already holds a reservation for a date that later gets the "Good to Go" designation, that reservation is automatically removed and won't count against the maximum number of reservations a Passholder is allowed to hold.

Additional "Good to Go" dates may still be added for August in the weeks ahead, so Passholders planning late-summer visits may want to check back before locking in plans. This story was first reported by WDW News Today.
