Disney World Annual Passholders have a new reason to start planning a winter or spring 2027 trip: a tiered hotel discount that can shave up to 35% off nightly rates at dozens of Disney resorts, covering stays from January 3 through April 29, 2027.
The savings vary by resort tier and travel window. Passholders staying at higher-end properties — including Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Yacht Club Resort, Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, and Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, among many others — can save 30% most Sunday-through-Thursday nights from January 3 to February 25, and up to 35% on most nights from February 28 through April 29. A mid-tier group that includes Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney's Port Orleans Resort – Riverside offers 25% off during the early window and up to 30% in the later stretch.
Value resort fans aren't left out either. Properties such as Disney's All-Star resorts, Disney's Pop Century Resort, Disney's Art of Animation Resort (standard rooms), and Disney's Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter are eligible for up to 20% off most Sunday-through-Thursday nights January 3 through February 25, and up to 25% off most nights February 28 through April 29. Note that the Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort are included in this tier but exclude January and February dates.
The discount window lines up nicely with several major EPCOT events. The 2027 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts runs January 15 through March 1, the Flower & Garden Festival stretches from March 10 to May 31, and Disney World After Hours events kick off on January 11. Booking during the discount period could let Passholders stretch their dollars across multiple visits throughout the season.
