Disney's Polynesian Village Resort has quietly rolled out a quality-of-life upgrade that regular visitors will notice right away: a brand-new bus loop serving the property.
The updated bus stop area opened and represents a refresh to one of the resort's most-used guest amenities. Transportation is a cornerstone of the Disney World experience, and the Polynesian — one of the original Magic Kingdom-area resorts — sees heavy daily traffic from both hotel guests and day visitors heading to and from the parks.
The new loop replaces the previous setup, giving the arrival and departure experience a more polished look and feel that better suits the resort's iconic South Pacific theming and its status as one of Walt Disney World's signature deluxe properties.
This story was first reported by BlogMickey, which visited the area on opening day to document the new layout.
