Guests who love snapping professional photos at Disney Springs will have something new to look forward to. Disney PhotoPass has announced that the green screen side of its studio at Disney Springs is being updated with a brand-new experience, though full details are still being kept under wraps.
Concept art shared by the PhotoPass team gives a peek at what's coming: bookshelves, a rug, and an assortment of props are set to fill what was previously a bare studio space. An Arendelle-themed backdrop appears in the artwork, though it's possible that area will continue to function as a green screen rather than a fixed set.
While work is underway, guests won't miss out on photo opportunities entirely. PhotoPass confirmed that the seasonal side of the studio — currently dressed up as Mickey's Pumpkin Patch — will stay open throughout construction and once the new experience launches.
It's worth noting that the PhotoPass Studio sits adjacent to Marketplace Co-op, which is separately undergoing a floor replacement of its own, so guests visiting the area may notice some activity on multiple fronts.
