Disney’s Animal Kingdom has welcomed Timu, a new eastern black rhino that guests can spot on the savanna during Kilimanjaro Safaris.
Eastern black rhinos are among the world’s most endangered rhino subspecies. Timu’s arrival adds another member of the species to the animals seen on the safari attraction at the Walt Disney World park.
Guests riding Kilimanjaro Safaris may see Timu as the vehicle travels through the savanna habitat, though animal viewing can vary during each safari.
