Walt Disney World's Cool KIDS' SUMMER promotion is giving first-time visitors — and plenty of returning ones — a reason to make this season memorable. A Disney cast member recently brought her two young cousins, nine-year-old Asher and five-year-old Noah, for their very first trip to the resort, and the experience spanned two park days, a water park visit, and a pajama party with Mickey Mouse himself.

The group stayed at Disney's Pop Century Resort, where the boys were greeted with complimentary Cool KIDS' SUMMER themed drawstring bags on arrival. Disney Resort hotel guests also received free admission to Blizzard Beach Water Park on their check-in day, making for an action-packed start before the parks even opened. That evening, a lobby pajama party at Pop Century let the kids color, watch a classic Disney movie, and meet Mickey Mouse — dressed in his pajamas — while the adults got a rare moment to unwind.

Day one brought the family to Disney's Hollywood Studios via the Disney Skyliner. Star Wars-obsessed Noah led the charge through Galaxy's Edge, where both boys rode Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run — now featuring a new adventure with The Mandalorian and Grogu — and built custom lightsabers at Tatooine Traders. The Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular rounded out the day for the two self-described adventurous kids.

Animal Kingdom filled day two, with the boys diving into the free Wilderness Explorer badge program and collecting more than 20 badges each. Kilimanjaro Safaris, the Feathered Friends in Flight! show, and a train ride to Conservation Station — where a joey was spotted in its mother's pouch at the newly opened Jumping Junction wallaby and kangaroo habitat — kept the nature lovers thoroughly engaged. Bluey-themed touches in the Conservation Station area were noted as an added bonus for younger guests.
