Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs on Disney's Boardwalk has quietly added a new item to its menu: a Deep-Fried Jalapeño Popper on a stick, priced at $6.99. The pepper is stuffed with a loaded mix of cream cheese, sour cream, Mexican-cheese blend, bacon, corn, red onion, garlic, Tajín, cotija cheese, and cilantro — a genuinely ambitious filling for a theme-park snack.

In practice, though, all those ingredients get steamrolled by the heat. From the very first bite, the spice takes over completely, making it difficult to pick out any of the individual flavors in that elaborate stuffing. The reviewer described it as the closest thing to eating fire currently available at Walt Disney World — a significant step beyond the mild warmth most Disney park guests would call "spicy."

The verdict is that the popper is simply too hot for the average visitor to enjoy. Despite the lengthy ingredient list, the overall experience feels both overstuffed and underwhelming at the same time, with heat drowning out any nuance. It earned a 2 out of 7 in the review.

If you're a genuine chili-head looking to test your limits on your next Boardwalk stroll, this one's waiting for you — just go in with eyes wide open. Everyone else may want to stick with a classic corn dog. This review originally appeared on WDW News Today.
