Disney has announced plans to renovate guest rooms at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort at Walt Disney World.
The announcement comes as Disney World continues work on a range of projects, including new lands, hotels, attraction refurbishments and guest-room updates. Disney has not yet shared what the refreshed Art of Animation rooms will look like or provided a timeline for the work.
The resort is known for its heavily themed environment, and some fans have voiced concern that a room update could make the accommodations feel more generic. Until Disney releases further details, the scope and design of the refurbishment remain unknown.
