Orlando International Airport has put upgraded Gate Link trams into service for passengers traveling to and from Gates 100 through 129.
The opening is the first completed phase of a $253 million project to replace the airport’s Gate Link system. The broader work includes new tram vehicles, track and platform screen doors.
The newly upgraded service applies to the gates in the 100-to-129 range, while the replacement project continues across the Gate Link system.
