The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival doesn't open until August 27, but curious guests already have a lot to plan around — individual booth menus have started appearing around the park, giving a detailed look at what's in store across multiple locations through November 21.
Some of the more eye-catching offerings come from the new-for-this-cycle booths. Gyozas of the Galaxy, near Guardians of the Galaxy in World Discovery, is serving three dumpling varieties — including Edamame Dumplings with butternut squash purée and walnut-toasted garlic aillade — all priced under $6. Over at Flavors From Fire, a Rodizio-style Grilled Beef Skewer ($6.99) with chimichurri is joined by a Swine Brine cocktail ($13) made with Jim Beam bourbon, apple-cinnamon cider, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard, topped with a pork wing. The Fry Basket is keeping things casual with a three-option Fry Flight Sea at $7.99, covering salt-malt vinegar, truffle-parmesan, and sweet potato casserole varieties.
The country pavilion booths are also stocked: Australia is returning with its Roasted Lamb Chop ($8.79) — a festival staple dating back to 2006 — alongside a Mixed Berry Pavlova and a three-wine flight. Woodland-themed booths Forest & Field and Bramblewood Bites are leaning into autumn flavors with items like Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli, Cast Iron-Seared River Trout with maple dressing, and Brûléed Sweet Potatoes with orange goat cheese.
Emile's Fromage Montage returns as the festival's cheese-themed passport challenge, inviting guests to collect stamps from five different cheese-forward dishes scattered across EPCOT — including Pão de Queijo at Brazil, Basque Cheesecake at Spain, and Griddled Cheese at Greece — then redeem a stamped Festival Passport at Shimmering Sips for a festival treat. A few stops, including The Wedge and The Alps pavilion items, won't open until later in the festival run. Guests have until November 21, 2026 to complete the challenge.
