Holiday shoppers at the Hallmark Holiday Pop-Up at Disney Springs should check sizes and selections carefully before paying: all purchases are final, according to Attractions Magazine as cited by Disney Fanatic.
The temporary Town Center shop, which opened October 7 in a former Francescas storefront, does not offer returns, exchanges, refunds or store credit. That policy is especially relevant for sized merchandise, including Hallmark x Disney Christmas pajamas.
The shop carries Disney- and Hallmark-branded merchandise tied in part to Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True, a Hallmark Channel movie filmed at Walt Disney World Resort and starring Lacey Chabert and Travis van Winkle.
Disney Fanatic reported that the store may use a virtual queue when needed for capacity and that restocks can occur during the day. A Loungefly backpack themed to the movie sold out on opening day, the outlet said.

Hallmark Crown Rewards members can earn 10 points per dollar at the pop-up, but cannot redeem points or use rewards coupons at this location. The shop is scheduled to remain open through January 3, 2027.
The movie is set to premiere on Hallmark Channel at 8 p.m. ET November 28, 2026, with on-demand streaming on Hallmark+ beginning the following day.
