Disney Cruise Line has changed how it displays voyage prices on its official website, replacing the near-total stateroom price shown in early search results with an average price per person based on multiple occupancy.

Previously, shoppers who selected sailing dates and reviewed categories such as inside, oceanview, verandah and concierge could see a starting price that was close to the total cost for a stateroom based on double occupancy, before taxes, port fees and similar charges.

Under the new display, travelers should read the pricing details carefully: the headline fare is an average per-person amount and is based on more than one guest sharing a stateroom. That means it should not be treated as the total cost of the cabin.

Disney Cruise Line’s website includes a “Rate Details & Gratuities” option for each voyage. The tool provides an estimated total along with a breakdown of per-passenger costs, taxes, fees and port expenses, without requiring travelers to complete the full booking process.

The change affects shoppers comparing Disney Cruise Line sailings, including itineraries aboard the upcoming Disney Believe. Travelers weighing voyages and stateroom categories may want to use the rate-details view to compare estimated trip totals rather than relying on the initial displayed fare alone.
